Mike Vang

Mike Vang is an experienced System Administrator at Discovery World since May 2016, overseeing desktop and user support within office and computer lab environments. Responsibilities include installing and configuring servers and desktops, applying OS patches, maintaining IT and security policies, and managing network infrastructure and phone systems. Prior to this role, Mike served as an IT Assistant at Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin and as an L&S IT Dispatch Technician at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, providing technical support and managing equipment. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an Associate's Degree in IT-Networking Specialist from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
