Igor Pancaldi is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in branding and digital strategy. Currently serving as VP of Design at Disguise since June 2022, Igor has led a transformative rebranding initiative that included a redesigned logo, visual system, and global website. Previously, as Creative Director at R/GA from March 2014 to June 2022, Igor directed design thinking and creative strategies for prominent clients such as Microsoft, O2, and LVMH. Igor's earlier roles include Deputy Creative Director at iris worldwide, Associate Creative Director at Digit, and Digital Creative Director at DLKW. Igor's career began with positions at AKQA and NDS Limited, where innovative projects earned accolades. Holding an MA in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins and a BA in Illustration from Llotja, Igor brings a strong foundation in creative practices to every endeavor.
