Jason Staten

Jason Staten is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in technical management and operations within the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Dish Nation since July 2018, Jason also co-founded and directs operations for Deepspaceradio.com, collaborating with various partners to manage a 24-hour online radio station. Additionally, Jason holds a long-standing role as a Set Lighting Technician and Dimmer Technician with IATSE Local 479, where responsibilities include electrical cabling and lighting fixture setup. With a diverse background that includes positions at Netflix and BET, as well as leadership roles at DIGITAL SOUL, Jason has developed a comprehensive skill set in media production and post-production coordination. Jason's academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Film from Clark Atlanta University.
