Christine Jordan has been in the workforce since 1994, starting as a Carpenter for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America. In 2000, they became a Training and Development Consultant for their own business. In 2012, they became a UX Designer for their own business. In 2016, they joined KARM Stores as the Volunteer Engagement Training Program Manager, where they enhanced credibility and client awareness, resulting in a 28% increase in clients year-over-year. In 2021, they became the Director of Training & Onboarding for DishDivvy, where they developed training and onboarding programs for future employees and new users of the PaaS.
Christine Jordan's education history includes receiving a Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute in Lean Six Sigma from 2018 to 2019, a Yellow Belt from Y-12 P.E.S. in Lean Six Sigma, a Certificate from UC San Diego in Interaction Design and UX Design in 2015, and taking courses from The Interaction Design Foundation in UX Design. Additionally, they attended College of Southern Nevada from 1999 to 2001 for Nursing.
