Sameer Bhatkar is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Chota training and development chef at Dishoom since October 2020, Sameer previously held the position of Senior Sous Chef at Summerhouse from December 2019 to October 2020. With a solid background as a Development Chef at FishWorks between October 2017 and December 2019, Sameer has also contributed as Head Chef at Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill and Fishworks Swallowstreet, as well as various Head Chef roles at Fishworks restaurants and Savaro. Sameer began the culinary journey as a Sous Chef at Fishworks in 2010. Educationally, Sameer holds an NVQ in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Richmond upon Thames College, completed in 2007.
