Thomas Stroppel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Thomas began their career as an Associate Professor at the University of Washington in 2006. Thomas then transitioned into the restaurant industry, working at Moana Restaurant Group from 2007 to 2009 and YogaWorks, Inc. from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Gordon Ramsay Restaurants as a Front of House staff member at Bread Street Kitchen. From 2013 onwards, Thomas has been with Dishoom, where they have held multiple roles, including Training and Development at Walla, HR Business Partner, and currently as the Head of Learning and Development.

Thomas Stroppel has a strong education history in the field of fine arts and acting. Thomas obtained their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from the University of Washington in 2009, where they specialized in the Professional Actor Training Program.
