Aino Nieminen

Aino Nieminen is an expert in algorithms, currently working at Disior since September 2022, focusing on algorithm development for 3D image analysis in treatment planning and evaluation. Prior experience includes a role as a doctoral researcher at Aalto University School of Science and Technology from January 2017 to August 2022, where Aino developed new brain stimulation technology, specifically in neuronavigation and automation for transcranial magnetic stimulation. Aino's earlier research assistant roles at the same university involved advancements in brain imaging technology, integrating magnetoencephalography with ultra-low field magnetic resonance imaging, as well as contributions to current-density imaging.
