Eero Huotilainen is a seasoned expert in algorithms and biomedical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Expert at Disior since October 2018, where responsibilities include algorithm development for clinician-focused software products and team management. Prior roles include Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Engineer in Algorithms & Products, emphasizing algorithm development for healthcare applications. In addition, Eero co-founded SelectAM, where efforts focus on digitalizing manufacturing processes through additive manufacturing. Eero's academic background includes a PhD and MS in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Aalto University, where significant research was conducted in additive manufacturing technologies for both medical and industrial applications.
