Ellen Weiss Donnarumma

Ellen Weiss Donnarumma currently serves as the President & CEO of Dismas Charities Inc., a position held since January 2024. Previously, Ellen held the role of Vice President for Reentry Services and External Affairs at Community Resources for Justice from June 2006 to October 2023, overseeing operations and staff across nine locations in four states for a non-profit organization with an annual revenue of $85M and approximately 2,500 participants. Earlier in the career, Ellen provided consulting and business development services at Community Solutions, Inc. and operated as a consultant, specializing in government affairs, public relations, communications, community development, behavioral health, and criminal and youth justice. Ellen holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Political Science, from Marquette University.
