Craig Parsons

Craig Parsons has extensive experience in operations, finance, and management. Craig started their career at Nationwide Insurance, where they served as a Business Information Specialist Lead and later became the Director of Records and Information Management. During this time, they oversaw a budget of $2.5 million and implemented records management and compliance practices.

Afterwards, Parsons worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Franklin University before joining Merrill Corporation as a Consultant. At Merrill Corporation, they managed a $1.3 million inventory and implemented process improvements in the warehouse.

Parsons then moved on to MPW Industrial Services, where they worked as a Consultant and successfully implemented processes for inventory reconciliation and transfer into the JD Edwards inventory system.

Prior to their current position, Parsons served as the Director of Operations at The Callard Company, where they managed business, financial, IT, and facility operations.

Currently, Parsons is the Chief Operating Officer at Dismas Distribution Services. In this role, they oversee all business and facility operations, including end-to-end process improvements, controls, and audits. Craig is also responsible for managing accounting functions, HR functions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
