Jason Smeyres

Jason Smeyres is an accomplished Visual Effects Coordinator with extensive experience in the film industry. Currently at 20th Century Studios since February 2022, Jason supports production operations by managing visual effects tracking, organizing reviews, and maintaining file integrity. Previous roles include coordinating VFX at Zoic Studios, where Jason facilitated tracking tools and reported on delivery dates, and managing I/O transfers at Big Lazy Panda. Jason has also held positions in art direction and production assistance for various projects, including short films and television series. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Design & Animation Engineering Technologies from Kent State University and has furthered education at Santa Monica College.
