David Hansen

David Hansen is an experienced operations manager and leader in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and Senior Manager - Entertainment at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since January 2015. In this role, David leads talent operations for shows, stage performances, and atmosphere talent at Disney California Adventure, contributing to major events like the Festival of Holidays and the Food & Wine Festival. Prior to this, David held the position of Vice President at L Tran Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing all administrative and financial areas for a national restaurant chain, negotiating long-term leases, and developing staffing and operational structures. David's earlier experience includes serving as Entertainment Manager at Walt Disney World, where oversight included talent management and technical operations at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. David holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Michigan State University.
