Dr Erica Castilho Grao

Dr. Erica Castilho Grao is an accomplished technology project manager with extensive experience in program management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Project Manager at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Dr. Grao is responsible for managing financial application integrations for a global ECC implementation program. Previously, Dr. Grao held multiple senior roles at N2N Virtual, achieving considerable revenue growth and recognition in eCommerce software. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Atos Origin, where significant savings were realized for Petrobras, and systems analysis at EDS Group, where Dr. Grao contributed to achieving a level 5 CMMI rating. Dr. Grao’s educational background includes a PhD candidacy and extensive research in industrial engineering and management systems at the University of Central Florida, as well as positions in academia.
