Kaley Johnson

Kaley Johnson currently serves as the Manager of Environmental Sustainability for Disney Signature Experiences at Disney Experiences since June 2023. Previously, Kaley held roles as Sustainability Manager and Environmental Compliance Representative at Disney Cruise Line from September 2019 to June 2023, and worked as a Facility Asset Management Project Planner at Walt Disney World from January 2018 to September 2019. Additional experience includes a Project Management Internship at Walt Disney Imagineering and various environmental engineering internships at Walt Disney World, contributing to significant water conservation and sustainability initiatives. Kaley's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida (2024-2025), a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and Ecological Engineering from Purdue University (2012-2017), and a Certificate in Sustainability from UCLA (2020-2021).
