Katherine Massee is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in various roles at The Walt Disney Company, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global HR Operations Training, Communication and Marketing since April 2020. In this role, Katherine reimagined and launched the Training, Communication, and Marketing team for Global HR Operations, leading a global team to deliver innovative content design and program execution. Previously, Katherine held multiple senior management positions, including responsibility for aligning support and talent development within the Sales, Services and Events Group and leading Learning Services for Global Marketing and Sales. Katherine has a strong background in instructional design and risk management, underscored by a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College and additional educational pursuits at the University of Central Florida.
