Nicholas Salerno

Nicholas Salerno is an experienced Attractions Guest Experience Manager at Disney's Animal Kingdom, overseeing operations for attractions such as Kilimanjaro Safaris and the Festival of the Lion King since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Custodial Guest Experience Manager, where Nicholas managed labor efforts during significant workload changes and led initiatives like the compost rollout on Pandora: The World of Avatar. Nicholas also served as a soccer referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation for eight years, honing skills in time management and conflict resolution. Additional experience includes participation in the Disney College Program and work as a cashier and deli clerk, further enhancing guest service and leadership abilities.
