Stephen McLaughlin

Stephen McLaughlin has extensive experience in safety and engineering roles within the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, progressing from a Construction Management Intern to a Team Lead in Worldwide Safety since May 2013. Prior to this, Stephen served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and was involved in prospect management at the University of Florida. Additional experiences include a Graduate Assistant position at Project Learning Tree and leadership as Overall Chairman of Morale for Dance Marathon at the University of Florida. Stephen holds multiple degrees from the University of Florida, including a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Science in Community Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
