Tim Grabowski is the Director of FOS Global Development and Applied Technology at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. With over 30 years of experience in custom machine design and manufacturing across various industries, Tim has previously served as the Director of Engineering for Walt Disney Attractions Japan and has held leadership roles at other organizations including Concept Solutions Corporation and Owens Corning. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo. Since 2021, Tim has led a 20-member team focused on enhancing guest experiences through strategic project development and emerging technology applications.
