Tim Shaffer

Tim Shaffer is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing processes across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager in the Office of Chief of Staff at Disney Experiences, Tim manages significant headcount processes and drives project management maturity. Previous roles include Director of the Project Management Office at Design Interactive, where Tim improved PMO maturity and implemented Agile best practices for a $25M portfolio, and Program Manager at Magic Leap, overseeing the delivery of critical app store initiatives. With a foundational career at Sabre Corporation, Tim directed financial and operational activities for a global organization, driving successful implementations and significant cost savings. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
