Valerie Ferguson

Valerie Ferguson is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and brand development. Currently serving as the Director of Lodging - Experience, Planning and Integration at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts since May 2016, Valerie previously held the position of Vice President of Brand Management at Loews Hotels from April 2012 to March 2016. Valerie's career at Loews Corporation spanned from 1998 to 2013, where responsibilities included Regional Vice President roles, as well as Regional Vice President for the Northeast Region at Loews Hotels from June 1998 to April 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta from 1995 to 1998, and positions as General Manager with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC from 1994 to 1998, and with Hyatt Hotels Corp. from 1977 to 1995. Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree in political science from the University of San Francisco, where studies were completed from 1974 to 1977.
