Mr Marino Shalida is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, and a passion for strategic business development.

Over the years, he has provided legal advice and been general counsel to a range of high-profile clients, including The Walt Disney Company, Telstra and Aon Ari PTY Ltd, where I specialized in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, Legal staff supervision and compliance strategy.

Currently, Mr Shalida is focusing on expanding his career in business while leveraging his extensive legal experience to provide valuable insights and develop effective business strategies. With a proven track record in both legal and business environments, he thrive in dynamic roles that challenge his problem-solving abilities and drive impactful results.

Marino Shalida has been a General Counsel as a contractor to Disney since April 2024 reporting to GM Carl Anthony and Group Executive Gerard Devan. Mr Shalida has 3 key Disney Lawyers reporting to him - they are : Andrea Premoli, Beth Baier and a Legal Intern working under his leadership. He manages these legal practitioners and supervises their work for the Group.
