Barbara Duncan

Barbara Duncan is a seasoned professional in internal communications, currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications, Employee Centers & Children's Centers at The Walt Disney Company. Previously, Barbara directed the Parks & Resorts Expansion and Operations at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, where they relocated to Paris to help launch the Walt Disney Studios park. With a strong background in HR project management and communications, Barbara has held multiple director-level positions within The Walt Disney Company, leading significant initiatives such as implementation of SAP and performance management. Barbara earned a Master's degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
