Donny Guy

Donny Guy is an accomplished design leader currently serving as VP of Design for ESPN & Sports at The Walt Disney Company since January 2024. With extensive experience in design management, Donny previously held the position of Sr. Director of Design at Reddit, where oversight of teams exceeding 40 designers resulted in innovative projects across various platforms. Notable roles include Director of Design at Facebook, enabling global community building for publishers and creators, and VP of Design at Bleacher Report, where the implementation of a strong team culture enhanced user retention. Donny's career also features significant contributions to Nike, Zappos, and Guitar Center, where award-winning design strategies have been executed. Educationally, Donny holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Oregon University.
