Fara Rives is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and product management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Cadence since 2021, Fara helps organizations enhance their talent acquisition strategies through AI and automation. Previously, Fara held various product management roles, including Director of Product Management at Phenom, where they led significant initiatives that improved recruitment efficiency. Fara also has a background in marketing, having worked as a Marketing/Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus and as a Marketing Coordinator at Zion & Zion. Fara earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.
