Issa Balde

Issa Balde is a Senior Manager of Technology Partnerships in AI XR at The Walt Disney Company, where they develop and implement partnership strategies with a focus on technology. Previously, they held roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Issa & Co, where they founded a digital company aimed at engaging young professionals, and Campus Ambassador Program Chair at the T. Howard Foundation, overseeing recruitment efforts across multiple universities. They have also contributed to various organizations, including HearstLab as a scout for early-stage startups, and have been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Scholar. Currently, Issa is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Syracuse University.
