Jeff Rau

Jeff Rau is a Change Enablement Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they previously served as an IT Change Manager for both the Corporate and DEEP&T divisions, focusing on defining processes and facilitating change operations. With nearly two decades of experience in IT change management, Jeff has excelled at balancing risk mitigation and process efficiency. Prior to their time at Disney, they worked with Accenture in various roles, including Team Lead for Internal Web-Based CRM Assets and Technical Architect. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Religion from St. Olaf College.
