Jenny Cohen was named Executive Vice President of Social Responsibility in February of 2021. Cohen, a 23-year Disney veteran was most recently SVP, Brand, Franchise and Customer Relationship Management. She joined Disney in 1992 as an Analyst in Strategic Planning and New Business Development.
In this new role, she leads the global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) work. She also manages reporting of ESG metrics and transparent disclosure of the company’s progress.
