Kaitlyn W. is an accomplished leader in technology talent acquisition with over a decade of experience, primarily at The Walt Disney Company since 2012. Currently serving as Director of Technology Talent Acquisition and Tech Sourcing, Kaitlyn expanded the role to include oversight of the Tech sourcing organization. Previous positions at Disney include leading talent strategies for over 5,000 tech employees and managing recruitment efforts in various technology sectors, including software engineering and data science. Kaitlyn began their career at TEKsystems and gained valuable experience in sales as an Account Executive at Campus Special. A graduate of the University of Montana, Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
