Lorraine Sembra

Lorraine Sembra is the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Walt Disney Company, where recruitment efforts focus on editorial and creative talent for ABC News, ABC Owned Stations, and National Geographic since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Consulting Project Manager at PRO Unlimited for Nike, and as Director of Talent Acquisition - Content & Creative at WarnerMedia, overseeing talent acquisition for various positions in Atlanta and New York. Additional roles at WarnerMedia included Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, where Lorraine played a key role in building and transforming CNN Digital. Earlier experience encompasses Talent Acquisition Manager at Cox Enterprises, Talent Acquisition Manager for CNN Newsgroups, and Talent Development Specialist at CNN. Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Communications in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Penn State University.
