Malory Katz is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Talent Management at Disney, where they focus on executive development, talent strategy, and diversity and inclusion. Previously, they held various roles in talent management and organizational development at companies such as Bird and TechStyle Fashion Group. Malory's experience includes managing full-cycle HR operations and driving key initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational capability and employee development. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business at the University of Arizona, alongside a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
