Naveen Baweja

Naveen Baweja is a seasoned technology and business leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives across various industries. As the Co-Founder of Cure ADSSL1 since March 2022, Naveen focuses on developing treatment options for patients with ADSSL1 Myopathy. In a concurrent role as the VP of Technology at The Walt Disney Company since 2017, Naveen leads technology across shopDisney, global merchandise licensing, publishing, and parks supply chain operations. Previous experience includes leadership roles at CNA Insurance, VMock Inc., Canara HSBC Life Insurance, and McKinsey & Company, with expertise in analytics, corporate strategy, and operational transformations. Naveen holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
