Neale Pickering

Neale Pickering is currently the Design & Product Development Director EMEA at The Walt Disney Company, a position held since 2022. They have accumulated extensive experience in design leadership, including roles as Design Manager at C&A and Head of Childrenswear Design at Next Sourcing Limited. Neale previously served as a Senior Designer at major retailers such as Burton Menswear London and George @ Asda. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel and Textiles from Ulster University, where they achieved First Class Honours, along with a PgDip/MA in Knitwear Design from The Nottingham Trent University.
