Oli Allen is an Associate Principal Counsel at The Walt Disney Company, where they focus on high-value and strategic deal negotiations within the television and film industry across EMEA. Previously, Oli served as Senior Counsel, Counsel, and Senior Attorney at Disney, contributing significantly to content and distribution agreements for Disney+. Oli began their legal career as a paralegal and trainee solicitor at several firms, including Davis & Co and Cogent Law, after earning a commendation from BPP Law School and a degree in Law with French from The University of Hull. They are recognized for their collaborative approach and dependability within Disney’s commercial sales teams.
