Raquel Dager

Raquel Dager is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with 20 years of experience across diverse roles, including controllership, FP&A, and external auditing in both multinational and local companies. Currently serving as Finance Lead for the In Home Division at The Walt Disney Company, Raquel oversees strategic planning and financial risk assessment while leading cross-functional teams. Previous roles include Revenue Management at ESPN and FP&A Specialist at EDP Energias do Brasil, where they demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. Raquel holds an MBA in Economic and Financial Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and has completed executive education at Kellogg.
