Ray Gresko

Ray Gresko is a seasoned executive in the entertainment and gaming industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Product and Development at The Walt Disney Company since March 2024, where leadership focuses on developing the company's new games and entertainment universe in collaboration with Epic Games. As a Founding Partner at Blue Silver Studios, Gresko provides management consulting and creative direction within the entertainment sector. Previously, Gresko held the position of Chief Development Officer at Blizzard Entertainment from May 2008 to January 2020, overseeing all game development efforts. Early career highlights include roles as Director of Production at Stormfront Studios and Founder/CEO of Nihilistic Software, alongside significant contributions as a Senior Programmer at LucasArts, where Gresko spearheaded 3D game development. Gresko's technical expertise was established through various engineering roles, including software engineering positions at Spectrum Holobyte and IDEC, following a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Temple University.
