Rhodora Larochelle

Rhodora LaRochelle is an experienced professional in executive search and diversity and inclusion recruitment. Currently serving as an Executive Search Sourcer at The Walt Disney Company since May 2021, LaRochelle focuses on filling leadership roles across various segments, including Disney Ad Sales and Disneyland, emphasizing equity and diversity. Prior to Disney, LaRochelle worked at Northwell Health for nearly seven years in executive search recruitment and project management, targeting director-level and above positions within a large healthcare system. Earlier roles include senior research executive and director of knowledge management at consulting firms, as well as research analyst and operations supervisor positions.
