Rob Michaelis

Rob Michaelis possesses extensive experience in the consumer products and apparel industries, currently serving as Vice President of Commercialization at The Walt Disney Company since July 2007. Michaelis has held multiple leadership roles at Disney, including Vice President of Franchise Commercialization and Vice President of Licensing for Disney Princess and Frozen. Prior to Disney, Michaelis was Global Vice President of Apparel & Footwear at Fila and held various senior positions at K-Swiss, Stride Rite, and Reebok, demonstrating a strong background in product management, sales, and marketing. Additionally, Michaelis is a Board Member at The Toy Association, contributing industry expertise. Michaelis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Binghamton University.
