Sam Whittingham

Sam Whittingham is the Senior Counsel (Legal Director) at The Walt Disney Company, specializing in commercial and intellectual property law. They previously held positions as a Commercial, Intellectual Property and Technology Solicitor at Browne Jacobson LLP and completed their training as a Trainee Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons. Sam earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a 2.1 from the University of York and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Law School. They also contributed as a student attorney in pro bono work at Florida State University, focusing on immigration and disability case management.
