Sara Gaugry

Sara Gaugry is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive and leadership recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Executive / Leadership Recruitment for Disney EMEA since October 2020, Sara leads recruitment efforts for corporate functions and business lines including Disney+, Media Networks, and Consumer Goods. Prior to this role, Sara was a Principal at Skyscanner, focusing on global leadership recruitment for a prominent travel technology company. Sara has also worked as a Consultant at Sam Allen Associates, specializing in recruitment for boards and executive teams, and spent over a decade at Heidrick & Struggles in various roles within the Global Technology & Services Practice. Educationally, Sara holds a BA Hons in International Business with French from Northumbria University and a Diploma in International Business Studies from a French Business School.
