Sara Hanson

Sara Hanson has extensive experience in corporate responsibility and social impact roles across multiple organizations. At The Walt Disney Company, Sara served as Director of Enterprise Social Responsibility for EMEA & UK, leading initiatives related to Environmental, Social, and Governance commitments. Previously, Sara was involved in charitable programs and strategic alignment within the organization. As a member of the Corporate Responsibility Advisory Group at Camelot, Sara tackled social responsibility issues collaboratively. Prior experience at ITV included serving as Director of Corporate Responsibility, where Sara designed and implemented corporate responsibility strategies. Earlier roles at ITV encompassed leadership in learning and development and talent management. Additionally, Sara chaired the diversity forum at the West Yorkshire Employers' Coalition, focusing on recruitment and retention challenges. Sara holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Teesside University.
