Tinisha Agramonte

Tinisha Agramonte serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at The Walt Disney Company, bringing extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Tinisha held the position of Vice President for DEI Talent Outreach and Development at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Prior to joining Disney, Tinisha was the Chief Diversity Officer at Motorola Solutions and held key roles in the U.S. Department of Commerce as Director of the Office of Civil Rights and the U.S. Small Business Administration as Assistant Administrator for Diversity, Inclusion and Civil Rights. Tinisha earned a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from California State University - East Bay.
