Yoav Caspi is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in data analytics and technology integration. Currently serving as Sr. Principal Engineer at The Walt Disney Company since June 2019, Yoav leads a team focused on enhancing Disney's Direct-to-consumer data platform through innovative integrations and architecture for personalization and analytics products. Prior to this role, Yoav held positions including VP Engineering at The Glimpse Group, Founder and General Manager of MotionZone, and Founder and CEO of iknow.io. Additional experience includes founding Fermion Inc. and serving as Director of Application Development at VideoSurf, where significant contributions were made to data pipelines and search technology. Yoav began their career as a Software Engineer at Farechase and Yahoo, after earning a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
