Dispatch Layer is an AI-powered helpdesk and email triage platform built for Microsoft 365 teams.

We turn your shared support inbox into a structured, intelligent ticketing system — automatically reading, categorising, and routing inbound emails so your team can focus on resolving issues, not managing inboxes.

What makes us different:

Unlike generic helpdesk tools, Dispatch Layer is single-tenant by design. Your organisation runs on its own dedicated instance — your data is never shared with other companies, your infrastructure is never pooled, and your configuration is entirely your own.

Built for M365 environments, Dispatch Layer connects directly to your Microsoft 365 shared mailbox. Every email that arrives is read, summarised, and triaged by AI — then surfaced as a structured ticket with priority, category, and suggested routing.

Key capabilities:
• AI email triage powered by GPT-4o
• Automatic ticket creation and full audit logging
• SLA tracking and priority detection
• Role-based team workboards (Admin, Team Lead, Engineer, Helpdesk)
• AI-drafted acknowledgements and auto-dispatch
• Reporting, analytics, and compliance trail

Who it's for:
IT departments, managed service providers, and operations teams at UK SMEs who want enterprise-grade support infrastructure — without the complexity or cost of traditional ITSM platforms.

Plans start from £399/month. Every plan includes a dedicated single-tenant instance. Visit dispatchlayer.co.uk to learn more or book a demo.
