Luke Solem is an experienced infrastructure and software engineer with a diverse background in software development, particularly in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at DispatchHealth since June 2025, Luke previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Medically Home from July 2020 to June 2025, where leadership was demonstrated in implementing a scalable “hospital at home” product and developing custom electronic health record translation software. Earlier roles include Software Engineer and Scrum Master at SmartSense by Digi, where Luke managed mobile development teams and enhanced internal tools for customer service.
