Massimiliano Mancini

Massimiliano Mancini is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading product and technology initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Information & Technology Officer at DispatchHealth since June 2025, Massimiliano founded Mitrova in November 2024 and held the position of Chief Product and Technology Officer at Collective Health from August 2020 to August 2024, where a focus on rebuilding engineering and product functions enhanced health benefits capabilities. Prior to this, Massimiliano was EVP of the Digital Worker Ecosystem at Automation Anywhere, driving innovations in digital workforce solutions. Massimiliano holds both a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Mathematics) from Santa Clara University.
