Chris DiLorenzo has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Mathematics and Computer Knowledge teacher at Uppsala teknolog- och naturvetarkår in 2010, while also working as a Programming T.A at Uppsala University from 2007 to 2010.
In 2011, Chris joined Saab as a System Designer/Developer, where they designed, developed, and evaluated an Android application for fighter pilots. Chris then moved on to iDoc24 in the same year, working in Practical HCI4D Research, conducting a pilot study on a Swedish mobile health service in Kenya and Tanzania.
Chris co-founded Snowbits in 2012, serving as a Co-Founder & Software Developer until 2013. In 2013, they joined TripleMint as their first employee and CTO, responsible for building the technical platform and the engineering team. Chris remained in this role until 2016.
Currently, Chris is employed at Dispel, where they have held multiple roles since 2016. Chris started as an Engineering Lead in 2016 before being promoted to Director of Engineering in 2017. In 2020, they took on the position of CTO.
Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated a strong technical background and leadership skills, consistently taking on challenging roles and contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have been a part of.
Chris DiLorenzo completed a Gymnasial Grundutbildning in Science and IT at IT-Gymnasiet Södertörn from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2011, Chris pursued higher education and obtained an M.Sc. in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering from Uppsala University.
