Joseph Dangelmaier

Joseph Dangelmaier is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing diverse teams and implementing agile practices across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Dispel since August 2025, Joseph has also held the position of Technical Advisor at Renalis since July 2021, providing guidance on technical excellence. Previously, Joseph excelled as a Senior Engineering Manager at FreeWill from November 2021 to August 2025, leading a significant expansion of the engineering team while enhancing system performance and collaboration.
