Will Synnott

Will Synnott has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Will currently serves as the VP of Sales at Disperse, where they spearhead sales strategies and integrates cutting-edge technologies into major projects. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategic Accounts at the same company. Before joining Disperse, Will worked as an Account Executive, pushing tech in the Construction Industry for 14 years. Earlier in their career, they held positions as an Associate Geotechnical Engineer and Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Robert Bird Group and as a Design Engineer at Ramboll UK.

Will Synnott attended the University of Portsmouth from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics, specializing in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering. Will also obtained additional certifications including Note-Taking for Business Professionals from LinkedIn and Chartered Geologist from the Geological Society of London in 2020 and 2018 respectively.
