Rajiv P.

Rajiv P. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Rajiv is currently the President & CEO of Dispersive, a cybersecurity company specializing in the Zero Trust space. In this role, they are responsible for delivering a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform that is ultra-secure, operationally flexible, and fast.

Prior to their current position, Rajiv held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Veridium, a market leader in Zero Trust Digital Identity and Passwordless Authentication. In this role, they drove market awareness, revenue growth, and go-to-market partnerships. Rajiv also scaled operations in the US, UK, and Europe, developed the government segment, and built partnerships in Latin America.

Before Veridium, Rajiv worked at Proofpoint, specifically with their Cloudmark division. As Vice President of New Business, they were responsible for new business development and strategic OEM relationships.

Earlier in their career, Rajiv held various roles at Atlantis Computing, including Vice President of North America and Global Accounts. Rajiv was responsible for revenue operations across global and North American customers. Rajiv also served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Financial Services, and as Vice President of Sales.

Rajiv's experience also includes working at Verizon Business, where they held roles such as Global Sales Director, General Manager of a National Accounts organization, Sales Manager, and Technical Solutions Consultant.

Rajiv began their career at Bell Atlantic Data Solutions Group as a Senior Account Manager, and later worked at Bell Atlantic Network Integration as a Network Engineer.

Throughout their career, Rajiv has demonstrated a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading successful sales and business development efforts.

Rajiv P. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 1991 to 1995. Rajiv then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Widener University, from 1995 to 1997. Later, they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Widener University, from 1999 to 2001.
