Kasia Urbaniak

Kasia Urbaniak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kasia is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Displate since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Organisational Design and Processes at Displate from 2022 to 2023. Before joining Displate, Kasia worked as a Product Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Kasia also worked as an Agile Coach at CD PROJEKT RED from 2020 to 2021. Kasia has experience as an IT Operating Model Consultant at Accenture from 2018 to 2020. Kasia also worked as a Community Organizer for various clients from 2015 to 2020. In addition, Kasia has worked as a Product Manager at Shell from 2017 to 2018, where they developed a digital venture concept and introduced a fleet optimization solution. Kasia also served as an Innovation Consultant at K2 Digital Transformation from 2016 to 2018. In the earlier years of their career, Kasia worked as an Analyst at Accenture from 2014 to 2016 and as a Product Owner at Vitality from 2014 to 2015. Their first professional experience was as a Credit Consultant at BNP Paribas from 2006 to 2007.
